We collect what we need to run your order, party, waiver or membership, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you order food, request a party, sign a waiver, buy a Power Pack, join a membership, enter a contest or send us a message, we save what you type into that form so we can do what you asked. Waivers also record the date, time, device and network address used to sign, because a signature needs a record behind it.
Kids
Accounts belong to adults. Children's names and birth dates appear only on a parent's waiver or membership and are visible only to our crew. Public leaderboards show gamertags, never real names. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor on their secure pages. Card numbers never touch our website or our staff.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and our email, and only so they can do that job.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or something removed? Call 913-372-0777 or use the contact form. Signed waivers are kept for as long as our insurer requires.
